Shipping policy

Where we ship We ship nationwide across New Zealand including rural addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being received. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery times North Island -  typically 2-4 business days after dispatch South Island - typically 3-5 business days after dispatch Rural addresses - add 1-2 business days to the above estimates

These are estimates only. Delays can occur during busy periods or due to courier network disruptions outside our control.

Shipping rates Standard shipping - $8 NZD and Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD

Tracking All orders are sent with a tracked courier service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.

Rural delivery We ship to rural addresses at the standard rate. Please ensure your rural delivery number is included in your address at checkout to avoid delays.

Missing or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit please contact us within 7 days at info@swingthoughts.co.nz with your order number and we'll sort it out promptly.

Order changes If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order please contact us immediately at info@swingthoughts.co.nz. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.
