Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@swingthoughts.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll offer a replacement, exchange or full refund - your choice.
Change of mind / sizing We accept exchanges or store credit for change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Return shipping costs for change of mind exchanges are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
How to return Email us at info@swingthoughts.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Sale items Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit unless faulty.
Consumer Guarantees Act Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
